Set against
the backdrop of the dramatic Dhauladhar
Mountains, Dharamshala is perched on the
high slopes in the upper reaches of Kangra

synonymous to the Tibetan government in
exile and the home of Tibetan leader Dalai
Lama. Dharamshala over looks the plains
and is surrounded by dense pine trees and
Deodar forests. It is a busy bazaar town
and has established itself as the traveler’s
base camp, where people come to explore
the nearby mountains.
Day 1: Delhi
- Manali (580 kms) (By Private Car)
Travel by individual car from Delhi to Manali. Check in the hotel. Evening Stroll
on the Mall Road.
Day 2: Manali -- Solang Valley -- Rohtang Pass-- Manali
Today full day excursion visiting Kothi Gorge, Gulaba, Marhi, Rohtang Pass (Upto
Snow Line in case Rohtang is closed due to snow fall) and Solang Valley. Overnight
at hotel.
Day 3: Manali Local Sight Seeing Visit Toady you will visit Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Vashisht
Village and Tibetan Monastery. Overnight at hotel.
Day 4: Manali - Dharamshala (200 kms)
Travel by car from Kullu to Mc Leodganj (Dharamshala). On arrival check in at
hotel. In the evening enjoy half day city tour visiting Dalai Lama Temple, Dal
Lake, Church, Bhagsu Nag Temple and Tibetan Monastery. Overnight at hotel.
Day 5: Dharamshalaa
Full day excursion visiting 2 Shaktipeeths of Himachal, Jawalamukhi Temple & Chintpurni
Temple - One of the 51 Shaktipeeths. Also visit Kangra Town. Overnight at hotel.
Day 6: Dharamshala – Delhi (540 kms)
Check out from the hotel. Drive for Delhi.
